Saturday morning 9.40 am, 23 people in the queue, only to desks open, one with a 146 year old lady who served three customers in the last 15 minutes, the other one with a man who’s so slow it made me wonder whether he was having a stroke and I needed to call an ambulance… obviously both rude beyond belief, like everytime I’ve been here… I meant it’s 2026, is there even a need to have post offices anymore? Can’t we get things done at automatic checkouts (like the three they have here but they’re constantly closed)?

Rude and lazy post office staff. She couldn't be bothered to even talk and understand what I was asking for, then started shouting at me, really unprofessional and poor service. Appalling post office, Avoid.

Amazon returns never working. Self service tills never working. Queue half a mile long through the shop with 1, maybe 2 if you’re lucky, people working at the tills. Nobody has time for this! Awful.
