Went into Bexleyheath branch yesterday to renew our passports. Staff member abruptly told us they don’t like to do 2 together. Acted as though she was doing us a favour and was extremely abrupt and moaning. After doing all the work there was a problem with it going through. She sent us away saying we had to do it online ourselves. Booked up for 9:30am today with Northumberland Heath branch Ricky. Who was professional, patient and friendly. the same thing happened to mine. He straight away called helpline and sorted it out and told us we need to go back to Bexleyheath and tell them to call helpline or himself . Went straight there and was served my another rude and lazy woman who tried to fob us off saying they can’t do it but luckily Harjeet was there and helped us.
Except for Harjert, your staff there are unfriendly, abrupt, lazy, scruffy and totally unprofessional. When I go into a post office I should be treated with respect and decency and not to feel like a problem.

Dropped two large box parcels. I was asked by the lady who printed my label to put my parcel directly in the cage on the side. After checking the first box I placed it on the cage and I took the 2nd box parcels on the floor and whilst checking it, making sure I didn't put the wrong label, the old man working there rudely asking what I was doing! I have explained I am just checking before I put it in the cage. And even after I explained that my parcels were on the floor and I WAS CHECKING IT BEFORE PUTTING IT IN THE CAGE.. he continues to talk that I shouldn't be taking parcels out of the cage. Well it wasn't in the cage. From the window I placed the ,2 big box on the floor - brought it near the cage and was just checking it one by one BEFORE I PUT IT IN! Next time you can ask NICELY RATHER THAN ACCUSING. OR MAYBE NEXT TIME DONT ASK THE CUSTOMERS TO PUT THE PACKAGE THERE!

Well, at least the depressing interior matches the depressing attitude from the staff. Couldn’t tell if I walked in with a sign saying “please be disrespectful to me” or not, certainly felt like I did.
Anyone able to give them some training on manners, respect, and service?

Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff, tried going twice within 3 months and never again. Avoid at all costs and find a different one.

Service is absolutely terrible. Grumpy staff, and they refuse to change notes for coins. First post office I've ever come across that refuses to do that.
Very depressing interiors too.
Inconveniently located upstairs of the old WHSmiths.
