- CPC3 P04 days ago1.0This decrepit Post Office is housed in a decrepit once was WH Smith store in decrepit Broadway Bexleyheath. That’s just the location of this place. Wait until you are served by the Post Office staff! They don’t even attempt to hide their utter contempt of the paying public and obviously find petty pleasures from being so mean. Currently housing T G Jones and Toys R Us on the lower level whilst the upper level is rundown and creaking like an abandoned store from Silent Hill and there lives the Post Office🫣😆

HOWEVER, TO THE RUDE ASIAN LADY YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE 👆🏼 Rude, obnoxious, arrogant. Tried to fob me off and was so disrespectful. Yes I raised my voice and shouted back at her, deservedly so. She told me I had the wrong documents. That’s okay, I told her alright, can I use birth certificate? She said: IT SAYS HERE YOU CAN’T. Okay, fine let me search my phone. She said: CAN YOU MOVE AWAY FROM HERE BECAUSE THERES OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT I NEED TO SERVE. Seriously??? With one person behind me and three staff working in total? I look behind, I move and tell her there’s no need to have a terrible attitude and not be so rude. She started chatting rubbish at me to the ‘manager’ and so I shouted so that everyone could hear. Yes I confronted her. Yes I made her repeat her terrible accusations. And yes I called her out in public for it. I have no regrets. It is extremely unprofessional behaviour!!!! You should be ashamed of yourself. Thanks to Heather and the manager, you’ve been great. The rude Asian lady, you need professional training to sort out that awful attitude. Who do you think you are?
