The service from this Post Office is still appalling. It was closed for months and months, l was pleased to hear it had reopened but when l went there at 2.15 today - there was a notice to say it was closed. The young man on the shop counter told me it closed at 2pm.
Do they make up their own rules? What sort of service is this - how can Royal Mail allow it. It is the most unreliable business l have ever come across. Do these people who run it have no sense of duty to the public.
I was not the only person who was upset and annoyed by this, one makes a special effort to support local businesses and this is the lack of service we are faced with. Surely these local Postmasters should be taken to task for such blatant dereliction of duty.

I had a parcel delivered there this morning, I have literally just gone to collect it and they’re shut! It says open from 7:30AM-10:30PM on the top of the shop. It’s not even 1:30PM. Shutters down and everything, bloody livid as I have an item in the parcel I was needing for tomorrow

Awful service from a gentleman named Mahmood behind the counter - reduced me to tears with how he spoke too and treated me - instead of showing empathy, patience and understanding. He made me feel like a criminal. Such a shame. Totally unhelpful. I have been using this post office for 4 years, and the lady who works behind the counter has always been so lovely and helpful - she is always so polite and informative.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
