- JMJ MJun 13, 20261.0Had a really bad experience today, I went to send a laptop in a parcel. I'd forgotten to reset the laptop, and asked the young man at the counter "Sorry I know it's strange but could I quickly charge the laptop to reset it?" and he said yes. There was an extension lead in the public part of the store. A lady arrived and said to be quick as it's not allowed, but I'd only done it because I was given permission. I said yes sorry will be quick as I can. I bought a big bottle of water while waiting because it was taking longer than I thought and I felt bad. The laptop started an important update which I didn't expect. If I lost power it would have completely broken the laptop. The lady then said she is taking the power out, and I begged not to as it could break the laptop, but she did it anyway. She then said I wasn't given permission from the young man which wasn't true. Thankfully the update finished without losing power. I decided to leave because my laptop had almost been broken and I didn't feel very good about it. Got in my car and an older man came out, asking why I was parked there, and then started accusing me of stealing electricity and told me to leave, then took a photo of me like I was a criminal. I've never had such a bad experience in my entire life. The young man gave me permission to charge it, so instead of having a chat with their young employee, they decide to accuse me of stealing. I will never come back and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

I drive to main sorting office in town and they take it no issues, they are aware of the complaints about this store and also the reviews on here speak for themselves. The lady that works there is rude, not helpful in the slightest, never heard of customer service and doesnât know how to communicate with the public, why sheâs chosen this job I donât know. Never thought I would find myself leaving a review for a post office but here we are, sad times.
