  Very clean and great looking space, professional assistance and friendly stuff. I was surprised of the overall quality of the products in store. This store exceeded my expectations. Anyone nearby is welcome to visit it. Post office services are available.

  Absolutely disgraceful post office. Went to collect a parcel today. Was told by the attendant that it was not here and to call parcelforce. Was not helpful at all; but more than keen to sell as much alcohol and vapes to any age customers without checking ID for under 16's. Then after 45 minutes on hold with Parcelforce, I was told that the parcel had arrived at this post office and was signed for by Kaju Nirmal. I went back to the post office to explain this and was told that it was not here, they did not know where the parcel was. I asked if this person worked here. Was not given an answer by the clerk. I asked to speak to the manager. Was told there is no manager for the post office. I asked to speak to someone in charge. Was told there was no one else there in the shop which was not true as there were multiple other staff there at the time. I asked to speak to the manager or someone senior on the telephone because the parcelforce agent said it is tracked to this location and the staff at the post office were dismissive unless you were there to purchase alcohol from them. They advised me to return tomorrow morning, which I questioned why the parcel that was not here at 6.30pm would suddenly appear tomorrow morning at 9am. There was no answer. The clerk changed the explanation of where the parcel was 3 times. I lost trust in their explanations very quickly and realised that they are not interested in serving customers, just making money from people buying vapes and alcohol. OMG, this unethical and joke of a clerk is even worse. I just checked the post office website and at the exact time they told me they did not have the parcel with them and I left their premises at 6.30pm, they have updated the computer system on the Royal mail website to say 'refused by addressee- return to sender.' They are unbelievable. Instead of saying 'sorry I made a mistake earlier, it was easier to blame the customer, lie multiple times, pretend there is no manager in the post office branch and then send the parcel back to the sender.' The behaviour and attitude of the clerk involved is disgraceful. How this is acceptable to anyone is unbelievable. I have made a formal complaint to the post office head office as well as parcelforce. Behaviour like this should not be acceptable.
