I have given 0 stars to a lady called Cameron. She’s a very unpleasant and not suitable for her job. She’s absolutely rude and doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing. I was on a call with my sister because her son is sick, and she immediately came to the counter. I ended the call, and she was upset about it, asking why I was on the call since she’s not my mum or parents to tell me what to do. She said if I have to be in the queue, I don’t need to be on the phone. I saw many others using their phones, and she never said anything to them. The post office isn’t for controlling people. She then showed very bad behaviour straight to my face. I asked her why she was acting that way, and she said it was because I was on the phone while my sister’s son was in hospital. I ended the call immediately, as she walked in, she continued to behave very rudely. She told me she wouldn’t serve me anymore, and I told her I wouldn’t move until she explained herself. She didn’t call the police today, and the police did not come. I was ready to speak with the police and report her behaviour. She’s the manager, but she’s definitely not fit for the job. She’s an absolutely disgusting human being. I hope she gets sacked because she shouldn’t be there. If she's not happy with am not the one hired for this job, I'm going to make a complaint to the post office or whatever, and I’m prepared to follow through.

Whenever I need to come here, it's always the last resort, when I need proof of postage. The self service counter has been broken for months. There is always a long line and slow service. The store as a whole feels like its was introduced 30 years ago and hasn't seen any further investment. I've seen hospital waiting rooms with more cheer.

Went in to change some Norwegian Kroner into Pound sterling. Soon became obvious the two girls didn't know what Norwegian was or what Kroner where, so they lied and said we only deal in Euros and Dollars, rather than interupt their chat. Lazy, incompetent, clueless staff.
