Lawrence and Sue - You do realise there is an out of hours counter at the front of the shop that's open when the main bit closes at 5:30, right? Most services are able to be accessed there. The opening times you see are of the actual shop, not the main Post Office section.

MS. I have just looked on line to see the opening times of the post office. Your web states quite clearly that your opening times are seven days a week Mon.to Sun up to 22.00hrs. I have been to the post office at 16.05hrs to find you were closed. I am not impressed and suggest that you amend your web site to show the exact times that you are open.
