  Outstanding Same-Night Service – Highly Recommended I rarely leave reviews, but this experience genuinely deserved one. As a Pilates instructor in Woodford IG8, my workday often finishes late in the evening. Recently, I accidentally dropped my iPhone 13 Pro Max and one of the rear camera lens glasses shattered completely. The actual camera lens underneath was exposed, and I was worried that dust or moisture would damage the camera permanently. By the time I finished work, all local phone repair shops had already closed. I searched online and found iRepairMan, who offered a mobile repair service with evening appointments. I booked a 9 PM visit and honestly wasn’t expecting such a smooth experience. The technician arrived exactly on time, was professional, friendly, and immediately put me at ease. He carefully inspected the damage, explained the repair process, and set up a tidy workstation on my dining table. Because the repair involved delicate camera lens work at night, he even used specialist lighting to ensure everything was completed accurately. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. The broken glass fragments were removed carefully, the area was cleaned thoroughly, and the replacement camera glass was fitted perfectly. The entire repair took around 15 minutes, and when finished, my iPhone looked great again. Most importantly, the camera was fully protected and working perfectly. As a customer, convenience is incredibly important to me. Instead of travelling, waiting in a queue, or being without my phone overnight, the repair was completed in my own home at a time that suited my schedule. The service was professional, honest, efficient, and excellent value for money. It’s refreshing to find a company that genuinely focuses on customer convenience and quality workmanship. I have already taken a few business cards to recommend iRepairMan to my friends, clients, and colleagues.   Avoid at all costs if you care about your devices and money . This is a one man company and the technicians he refers to is just himself . Took several weeks to get my device back and not only did he butcher it but my device is completely unusable now and the screen is still lifting and the wrong size . Also stopped answering my calls and took days to respond to simple emails and clearly can’t think for himself nor carry out a satisfactory repairs as all the emails I received were all ai generated and im sure his response to this will be too just like rest of his responses on here . ---------- regarding the screen just as others have stated he never made it known it wouldn't be a genuine replacement and he failed to let it known until it was too late and I noticed after the repair and I couldn't get my original screen back . He is a commplete scammer and a liar. as on the website it says new screen replacement and doesnt state it wouldnt be genuine which I have documented, and I never would have agreed for the repair to take place if he stated from the start . Because of this my Apple Pencil no longer works and the screen he fitted is not even the right match or size AND still is still lifting and improperly fitted even after he had it for 4 weeks straight and making lies and excuses about the screen replacement not arriving . Also I asked if the bend was a problem at the start and he guaranteed me he could do it and it would be fine .The bend mentioned isnt even exagreated and is slight and my device functioned fine before the repair.He can disagree as much as he wants to, but the reviews say it all .

  Beware of him stating the technician will be working on the device as this is a one man fraudlant company and there are no other technicians but himself involved . First of all he came into my home without socks and I should have seen the red flags going of from there from how he presented himself and acted . Unfortunately I was in a rush and needed a quick repair regarding my device and I wish I further looked into the business itself . Not only did he cause damage to my device he failed to repair it in the first go and had time ship it over only to receive it several weeks later If you care about your device DO NOT trust this man . He will waste your time and doesn’t care about his customers nor the repair itself . From what I’ve seen he’s already had two county court cases against him and most likely more that haven’t been mentioned in the reviews . As others have stated they need their devices for work and that immensely impacted them and I can say it did the same for me as I had to resort to paying more for a new device to use and costed me financially and emotionally. Also be prepared for his AI-generated garbage responding to this review, as clearly he can't even think for himself nor carry out a successful repair .

  Avoid this company, they don't respond within an hour as advertised and they don't follow through with booked appointments. They don't do same day fixes.
