If your sending parcels or need to nominate a shop to collect parcels from then do yourself a favour and use Bobs newsagent on Sandown high street or Shanklin post office both of those have polite helpful staff, this place doesn’t the Manager in there is rude and very unhelpful, more often than not she has a sign up saying post office closed and clearly revels in telling you that.

If you turn up during opening times you may get served. If they can be bothered. The lady that has served me a couple of times, huffs as if it is very inconvenient that people need to use a post office

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
