- SGsue georgeAug 18, 20261.0Soul destroying service and attitude. I went in today with my grandson's pennies, all counted and bagged correctly and totalling £8 looking to change that into a £5 note and 3 £1 coins. It didn't seem like a difficult thing to do especially as I'd done it there previously BUT apparently it's impossible because I have a bank account with nationwide 🤷 what that has to do with anything I still can't work out ... She was rude, sarcastic domineering and spoke to me as if I was something she'd found stuck to the sole of her shoe. 🥺 Went to mellishes up the road, money changed with no problem and served with a smile. Luckily I don't suffer with depression or have any other disability but I really feel for anyone who is served by this woman who does. Apparently she's been there 20 years 🫣
