Really poor - They advertise the post office as being open from 7am, but after standing around being ignored by staff, they finally decided that ‘the post office won’t be open until my colleague gets here, it might be an hour or two’. How about you train staff to deliver the services you offer East Cowes PO.

Went to post a parcel, they weren’t able to take parcels until later in the day, went to pay a bill, they weren’t able to take bill payments until the next day, went to tax a car, they couldn’t tax a car as it was change of owner, need to come back later. Staff need training to be able to carry out simple Post Office transactions!

Went there to send something at 11-30am Saturday 27/1, I was told that the post office doesn't open until 3-30pm. Opening times are stated as 6-30am to 10pm on the internet.
