- RSRobert Scott3 days ago5.0Stopped by to have a look at the Strathspey Railway. Noticed that this shop did sandwiches etc so popped in to buy lunch. Bought a nice Cheese & Pickle sandwich, Cheese & Onion pasty and Americano to eat on the bench outside. A lovely local shop.

Went to the till with my can of drink to pay and was greeted by an eye roll and a snarky response asking is that all I want. I asked if there was a minimum charge for card to which I was given a heavy sigh, another eye roll and then told to tap my card. Was then given a funny look as I grabbed my drink to leave. Not sure what I had done to be treated so rudely. Almost like they didn't want me to buy anything.

As tourists we try to support local shops as much as we can and appreciate their existence very much.
