I have called Royal Mail and this shop refused to take the parcel meaning it’s been returned to sender and I now will not receive my parcel and lost all the money paid for next day delivery. Unacceptable and they also do not answer the phone when I have tried to call to enquire as to why this has been the case. Will never use this place again,

The staff have allowed this criminal to steal my money without identification and several times In one day how the hell was this allowed to happen the staff obviously allow criminals to steal vulnerable peoples money without asking for I'd I'm disgusted at how this was allowed to happen to a disabled fragile lady there Also is no way to get any ctv evidence very convenient for the criminal that knew they would not be filmed well I will try post master's to further investigate but I'm disgusted that this was allowed to happen the money belongs to me noone else has any right to steal wat does not belong to them
