    Honestly, every time I have to use this Post Office, I know it’s going to be hard work. The atmosphere is so unfriendly. You say hello - nothing. You say thank you - nothing. You say have a nice day - still nothing. My latest experience was trying to collect a parcel. I showed the barcode and was immediately told to go somewhere else. The lady behind the counter didn’t even seem to properly check it. After wasting my time going back and forth, I returned and, surprise, my parcel had been there all along. No apology. No sorry about that. Nothing. What really gets me is that this isn’t a one-off. I’ve seen other customers being spoken to in the same rude way. It honestly feels like customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the place exists. If you can use another Post Office, do yourself a favour and go there instead.

    Repeatedly rude and dismissive service from the same staff members. I’ve been given incorrect information, had parcels unnecessarily refused, and never received an apology when they were clearly wrong. I’ve witnessed other customers being treated similarly. This branch has a reputation locally for poor customer service, and unfortunately my experience has matched it. Avoid if you can.

    I’ve lived in this area for 6 years and have had multiple bad experiences at this Post Office with the same female staff member. Today was the worst. I came to collect a parcel and showed the email with the barcode and correct address for this collection point. Without properly checking, I was told it wasn’t there and sent to Nisa. As I was on my work break, I politely asked for it to be checked again, especially as I could see a parcel that looked like it might be mine. Her response was very rude, stating that it wasn’t my business whose parcel it was. After going to Nisa, I was told my parcel should be at the Post Office. I returned, and after unnecessary delays and repeated ID checks, my parcel was finally handed over, it had been there all along. When I tried to explain the situation to another staff member, she did not allow me to speak, raised her voice, and yelled at me to leave the shop. This was witnessed by another customer. This has happened before, being wrongly sent elsewhere and then having to return to collect a parcel that was there all along. The attitude and behaviour are completely unacceptable.
