this post office is generally great, but recently it seems that they choose when to close the post office, without any warning. the other day i went in and they said they close at 6. which is definitely not true- because the next day i went in and posted something at 9pm (and have been posting things past 6pm for years now). i believe the staff just didn't want to serve customers. this has happened a couple of times on random days. i think they should alter their post office opening/closing times if they don't want to serve customers past a certain time, rather than making it up on the spot after i've taken time out of my day to post parcels and have me rejected for no reason other than laziness.

Absolutely awful experience at Cassiobury Park Sub Post Office.
I was left standing in the shop for around 30 minutes carrying my small baby while other customers were served despite arriving first. The member of staff working on the Post Office till between 2pm and 2:30pm today was incredibly rude and refused to properly search for my parcel, even saying himself, “There’s loads back there, I’m not looking through all of them.”
My parcel had only been delivered around 30 minutes before I arrived, so it clearly would not have been difficult to locate if he had actually been willing to do his job.
The attitude was disgusting. Angry face, rude tone, acting as though I was inconveniencing him simply by asking for my parcel. It genuinely felt like I’d walked into his house and disturbed him.
Honestly, there is constantly bad energy every time you walk into this shop. Staff are consistently rude, something is always not working, there are never labels available, and the whole experience is always a nightmare.
Management seriously need to do a complete cleanse of staff members because the customer service here is beyond unacceptable.

Rubbish. System is always down. Now they're closing the post office at 6pm due to 'Issues'. The only issue here is the staff.

I can see lot of comments about a rude lady working in this shop. I live 5 mins away and I no longer come to this shop because of her rude behaviour. Either the manager or the area manager should re-train her or fire her. She is still working here because of their poor management. It’s a disgrace to the Morrisons company name.
