  Absolutely horrendous service, causing damage to home and kicking person items out of their way, and only delivering 2 of 3 packages. On return date for missing item they changed 2hour window to a 4hrs window and now have cancelled delivery all together!!

  Two grown men couldn’t take a mattress upstairs, my husband and I (female) managed to do it with no hassle. Incredibly lazy and useless delivery men. An embarrassment to the male species.

  I would give no star to this company ! Extremely disappointing service. This delivery company completely wasted my day. They claimed there was “no parking,” which is simply not true. I clearly explained where they could park and even offered to come down and guide them to the exact location. Instead of making any effort, they immediately cancelled the delivery and chose to reschedule without trying to resolve the situation. This shows a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and no consideration for customers’ time. I had set aside my day for this delivery, only for it to be cancelled unnecessarily. It’s also unfortunate that LG is still using this company despite the numerous negative reviews already being left by customers. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.
