- SCS CJul 21, 20261.0Weird experience! Visited today for the first time since moving to the area. Iv never encountered a person as rude as the women behind the parcel counter. I left bewildered, couldn’t get the weird exchange out of my head all day, thinking there must be more to the story. Anyway it weirded me out and I’ll just go to another post office.

I was basically told, rudely , by the lady serving she would not take my 3 parcels as they would get in her way. I could not believe the pure arrogance of the lady serving. Astonishing. No wonder these places go out of business. I politely said thank you and left .

The 2 older women are SO rude. They need to retire or sacked. What is the owner thinking of by keeping them employed? So many negative reviews - has he/she not got the message yet? Im from a customer service background so I know what Im talking about!
