Explained the situation to a lovely lady named Helen. She was very friendly, approachable and able to build good rapport. Made the process smooth and easy and was out within a couple of minutes.

I arrived at the Post Office in a bit of a panic trying to return an Amazon parcel and had only just made it before closing. Helen could easily have turned me away, but instead she was incredibly kind, patient and reassuring. She saw I was flustered and immediately put me at ease, telling me not to worry and helping me get everything sorted. Every time I’ve visited, Helen has always been friendly and welcoming, but her kindness on this occasion really stood out. Customer service like that is rare and deserves recognition.
