- ZFZigro FazliSep 2, 20261.0Extremely poor customer service. I visited this Post Office and was honestly shocked by the way customers were treated. The staff member I dealt with was extremely rude, impatient and aggressive. She was speaking very loudly and shouting at customers even though there was a long queue waiting. I understand that working with customers can be stressful, but that does not justify speaking to people in such a disrespectful way. I also felt that I was being treated differently because of my background, which made the experience even worse. I will definitely avoid this Post Office in the future. Management needs to seriously address the way customers are being treated. Absolutely unacceptable. ⭐ 1/5.

The older lady working here was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I was shocked by the way she spoke to customers, especially considering there was a long queue. She was speaking extremely loudly and shouting at people instead of dealing with them calmly and respectfully. I always show respect to older people, but being older is not an excuse to treat customers this way. I also felt that her attitude towards non-British customers was different, which made me feel that there was a racist attitude involved. Nobody should be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected when simply trying to use a public service. Management seriously needs to look into this and provide proper customer service and equality training. I would not recommend this Post Office at all. 1/5.

I always try to be respectful, especially towards older people, but her attitude was extremely rude, unprofessional and, in my experience, racist. There was a long queue, yet she was speaking very loudly and shouting at customers instead of communicating calmly and respectfully. The way she spoke to people was completely unnecessary and made the whole experience very uncomfortable. I also felt that she treated non-British customers differently, which I found very concerning. A Post Office is a public service, and everyone should be treated with the same respect and professionalism, regardless of their background. Very disappointing experience. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper customer-service and equality training. ⭐
