Bit of a concern that someone who isn’t clocked in for work can just stand about behind the post office counter so I would be careful about sending here as anyone could basically come and have free rein of all the parcels

Me and 2 other customers waited for a few minutes only to be told by the guy behind the counter (who could see us the whole time we were standing there) that they were closed. Tried again today and joined a queue of about 8 people. I gave up after it didn't move for a few minutes and went home. I've had some positive experiences here in the past but the long wait times and reliability are a shame.
