The young lady in there was so nice to me, I couldn’t withdraw money for my gas and electric with my bank card that I had, outside the cash machine wasn’t working and the shop didn’t do cash back, so without thinking she paid for my gas and electric with her own money.. I sent the money back by bank transfer, it was just such a lovely gesture from a stranger!

The young woman who usually serves is so lovely and very efficient. I usually find post offices are quite bad with customer service and take absolutely ages but she is quick and always has a lovely smile on her face!
