It’s the only post office in the village, so has a monopoly.
The staff really need some training and guidance on customer service. Everything seems a chore for them and barely a good word from them. They are very quick to jump down your throat when someone is not quite right.
There always seems a queue yet one member of staff serves while the other sits doing other things and totally ignores the customers.
It needs a Post Office senior manager to do a mystery shop to see what an embarrassment this office is.
As I started they know that they are the only office and if it closed the local village would need to travel miles to other offices and knowing that they really don’t care.
