I agree entirely with Alex V, the owner is consistently rude when customers send parcels, he is so patronising to women. This has happened several times to me!
However, all of the other staff are friendly and helpful.

The owner is consistently rude to customers doing parcel returns, and his attitude seems especially dismissive toward women. My wife, who is usually very patient, was genuinely offended by how she was treated. If you look at the reviews here it appears to be a pattern of behaviour.
He also handles return packages carelessly and takes a “not my problem” approach. He claims Amazon hasn’t supplied him with packaging, but as a business owner offering this service, that responsibility ultimately falls on him, not the customer.
A very poor experience. This village deserves better.

Whether it’s parcels to be collected or finding something unusual I need but wasn’t expecting to, this place is the solution. And they have Ben & Jerries phish food ice cream :-)
Dips and his wife are always so helpful and I love the tunes they play!

The man that runs this post office was dishonest when I came to post an item just so he could charge me more. I wanted to use the Royal24 service and he told me it doesn’t exist and said “by law” I had to use special delivery. It cost me close to a tenner. I posted an identical item at Meldreth and I learnt that I was duped. I wasn’t sending a prohibited item and did my research. He is also very impolite. I wouldn’t use this post office. Meldreth is better by far
