This has led to parcels going back to depots and me having to negotiate with hopeless online systems to get it back given the customer no fixed abode. All in all, not great. I also can't contact the post office at all to enquire so I'm left leaving reviews here! Edit post response (pushed to 4*) - thank you for getting in touch. This is also a DPD issue warranted but the parcel was in the customer'# name on the system (with their tracking number clear). Please can you help the customer next time as this has caused a lot of wasted time! Common sense over process! Edit again - you refused it yet again despite customers name being on the package! Seriously unhelpful!
