All of the staff are friendly and very helpful indeed. They are all knowledgeable and do their very best to find the most suitable and affordable option for their customers. I have seen them deal with vulnerable customers along with people who are extremely rude and sometimes aggressive. The public are often not easy to please but Hoddesdon always do their very best.

During my first visit, the Manager named Dina was remarkably unfriendly and hostile during a simple package return, causing a scene that was both unnecessary and embarrassing. During a follow-up visit with a different clerk, I witnessed a sharp decline in service quality the moment I stepped to the counter. While the clerk was helpful to others, she became sarcastic and clinical when assisting me. There is a clear lack of hospitality training and basic courtesy at this branch. Until the staff can maintain a professional and unbiased attitude toward all customers, I would recommend using a different location.
