I think the chap just chocked it in the wrong bag as he is too preoccupied with serving grocery customers . This branch must use a trained and dedicated post office staff and not a multi task staff whose main aim is to serve grocery customers.

It gave up one edible banana. The rest were rotten, inedible; so, basically, 1 banana cost £1.29. Additionally, the man who served me and seemed pleasant enough, but ignored my Good Morning, said something to his colleague, before deciding to deal with the purchase. He did say Good Morning to me just before I left. Too late. Such a small thing, but can make such a difference. Maybe, on other days they behave better, but I'll never know since I won't be going back

When I calmly said that it was not ok, I was bluntly refused to be served by the young man. Makes me feel the reason to be- I am not white and the person at the tills and the one served before me were both white. When asked the procedure to complain, I was told they don't have any.
