Highbury is the furthest away but it’s my preference to go there because the staff are always friendly and the service is quick and efficient. The customer service from the manager is exceptional and he always tries to accommodate were possible. Thank you to you and your staff.

- DDDragonsbl00d67Oct 21, 20241.0Was going about my day, had to stop off at the post office just to get a simple top up, all the transaction went perfectly fine, Went about my day, My company calls me up accusing me of stealing ÂŁ192.00 off the post office. Me being very confused about what I just heard call the post office up asking the man who was working what happened, the man then says to me "oh don't worry mate we have it all on CCTV" and I am still trying to work out what have you got on CCTV as he didn't even explain it to me very well on the phone, All I did was go in and grab a top up for phone and did not expect any of this to happen, so being basically forced to go over to the post office again to prove that it wasnt me. So had to drive all the way to hitchin just to show them my receipt, goes into the back to go double check the cameras, even though he says on the phone with confidence In his voice "we have it all on CCTV" comes out to me and says "oh it was a guy 30 SECONDS after you" so he basically lied to me saying oh we have it all on CCTV and I'm thinking right so just wasted my time even though you said to me with confidence in your voice we have it all on CCTV. No bit of sympathy or apology over this serious claim.

I can even pop in out of Post Office usual opening times and they're still able to help most of the time. I wish there was a way to get missed deliveries sent to here rather than into town, as it's much less hassle to get to. There's also a very pretty and friendly lady who works there too, who is always a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended on all counts.
