I find the the older man very rude and unpleasant. Not a hello or good morning when you enter the shop. It doesn't cost anything to be friendly it is part of your job!!

Absolutely terrible customer service, if I could give 0 stars I would. Very rude and unhelpful staff, the old Indian man with glasses who owns the shop is awful, always grumpy and impolite. I have been here on many occasions and have tried to give the benefit of the doubt however on every occasion it’s the same ill mannered, abruptness and unnecessary comments it’s like he tries to always find faults when everything is in order, when processing the parcels. The owner needs to learn some basic manners and etiquettes, clearly I’m not the only one who has picked up on this as the other reviews have reflected what I have mentioned. Avoid this Post office! I only came her for convenience but I go elsewhere now for peace of mind and have told all friends and family to do so too.
