Saw reviews and I absolutely agree. I doubt if this lady knows the meaning of customer service. She badly needs help. Post Office needs to intervene. Shameful

As shown on Google Maps, they’re shut for one hour in the afternoon during the week. I’ve visited at varied times during these opening hours and have never had a problem.

We Thought we’d give them the benefit of the doubt again today, however Literally everything is a drama and seems such hard work for the staff there to help or even serve you. They really don’t want to help you atall.shame, trying to support the small local businesses during this pandemic. I’ll take my custom else where from now on. People Don’t waste your time using this shop. The post office in chipperfield ,kings langley or Sarrat all offer a much nicer ,friendly, professional service.

Tend to go further to Chipperfield when I can. edit: the newer member of staff is great and is even going so far as to actually try and be nice to customers.
