My return parcel had not reached retailer and I had lost my post office receipt as proof of postage. I went back to post office and the owner could not have been kinder or more helpful. He rang his support centre and discovered their website was in error and tracking parcels was delayed. He took a photo of the message on his computer and I passed this onto my retailer who stated ‘you’ve done all you can your end’. Also when I was in there recently I overheard the kind/patient manner he dealt with an elderly confused customer. Most helpful post office I’ve been to in a while

Bit of a lottery as to whether the post office part will be open. Staff there, but no service.

Unnecessarily rude post officer who acts like every customer keeping them in business is an annoyance. Staff at the Amersham or Chesham branches are far nicer.

Shocking Service.
Have completely given up with this post office, every visit there is always an issue.
Have been told I couldn't post an item because I hadn't selected the exact weight when I paid online even though it was a drop down box you select between weights.
Another visit I couldn't post an item when I arrived just after half 7,
I was told they were updating their system and it would take half hour, I said I would pop back tomorrow and was told to make sure I came after 8 as the system needs updating every day and it takes half hour, Come in half hour before your opening to update maybe???
Last a final nail in the coffin was a recent visit in the morning only to be told the post office was closed, I asked how long for and was told all day. Why is your door open then?? Never again am I going to waste my time visiting. Lady behind the counter is extremely rude and should not be doing a job dealing with people.
