The new staff at the early opening counter are really unhelpful and have just advised me to 'put a pre paid 24 hour tracked package directly in the post box' rather than scan it for me. I have been a loyal supporter of the local branch...not any more. Original review: The staff here are lovely; always helpful and friendly (much nicer than Adeyfield). The 'early opening' counter is a real bonus. I use the post office as much as I can to support our local services - we may complain about the lack of modern facilities but we'd really miss our local post office if it was closed down!
