I was about to send a parcel and I was with my 1 y/o sat on a bike seat. I was trying to ask for help if someone could get to a counter for me to send a parcel. But they shut me out and asked to leave my bike and my baby outside under the hot sun. I was told by their inconsiderate staff that “they would not have cared and its not their problem” even if i was just asking if i could get some help and asked me to go out.
A kind stranger helped me to hold on to my bike and child when i went inside they didnt even give priority as I had a crying child outside. Had to wait and I could hear my son crying out! It was a horrible experience! If there was less than 1 star that would be the rating they would have deserved!
