- PMPATEL MehulJun 12, 20261.0Bad experience with this Post Office. I sent a parcel using Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, but it was not delivered as promised. When I contacted customer service, I did not receive a clear explanation about the location of my parcel. The parcel contained valuable items, and I was very concerned about its safety. The staff were unable to provide proper information or assistance. Poor communication and lack of customer support made the situation very frustrating. I am disappointed with the service and would not recommend it based on my experience.

There was a tall African staff member wearing a hat who was extremely rude and aggressive towards customers, including myself. His attitude was completely unprofessional and made the whole visit very uncomfortable. After checking other reviews, it seems like this isn’t a one-off situation—many people have mentioned similar behaviour from the same individual. It’s frustrating that nothing appears to have been done about it. Customer service should be a basic standard, especially in a place people rely on. Very disappointing experience overall.

The staff member serving was extremely rude, clearly didn’t want to be there, and showed no interest in helping customers. He was unprofessional, slow, and had a bad attitude from the start. Even before my turn, I noticed him being disrespectful to an elderly lady, which was really uncomfortable to watch. Customer service like this is completely unacceptable. I won’t be coming back again. Management seriously needs to address the behaviour and improve the standard of service here.
