When I contacted customer service, I did not receive a clear explanation about the location of my parcel. The parcel contained valuable items, and I was very concerned about its safety. The staff were unable to provide proper information or assistance. Poor communication and lack of customer support made the situation very frustrating. I am disappointed with the service and would not recommend it based on my experience.

There was a tall African staff member wearing a hat who was extremely rude and aggressive towards customers, including myself. His attitude was completely unprofessional and made the whole visit very uncomfortable. After checking other reviews, it seems like this isn’t a one-off situation—many people have mentioned similar behaviour from the same individual. It’s frustrating that nothing appears to have been done about it. Customer service should be a basic standard, especially in a place people rely on. Very disappointing experience overall.

I sent an post through this Londis Post office on 4th of February, but I still didn't get any update and it's been a month, I have been there every week but no update still now, and it was an important document of mine which needs to be delivered on time, but due to their immature service it's stuck somewhere and unfortunately I haven't taken the tracking option which was double price than the basic one. Now I'm regretting it! The service is compramised here always! I have seen people working their and don't have knowledge of something which is undelivered on time. They just want me to wait that's all!. I haven't seen the laziest post service till today than Royal Mail service.
