- REruby evansAug 4, 20265.0I visit this post office often, lovely, quick and efficient service, young lady with blonde hair and glasses usually serves me. It was extremely busy when i came in today as she seemed to be training a new lad. Young lady got through a queue that was all the way through the shop by herself quickly while her colleague was dealing with just one person the whole time ( he was very slow). When i got to the counter i was still greeted with a smile on her face and kind service when it was obvious she must’ve been stressed. Honestly 5 stars for this girl!!

The authorities should take immediate action to either retrain the staff or replace them, as they clearly don’t know how to communicate respectfully with customers. They treat customers as though they are an inconvenience, which is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

I've had to join a long queue once, but the other times I haven't had to wait long. Very polite service with no issues! I drive past my local one twice a day & still prefer to come here!
