- HHHarpenden HubFeb 23, 20261.0Long queues continue, two self service machines remain out of order, miserable staff with zero customer service. However, everyone waiting in the queue continue with a smile while chatting. Sort it out management it’s a disgrace.

There was 1 male member of staff who was working with no urgency, no appology to customers for the wait and honestly seemed like he would rather be anywhere else. After spending 45 mins in the queue it was finally my time. I was ubruptly told from the member of staff he couldn't help me as he didn't know what to do and to wait for he's collegue who had gone on an hrs break! I was in the middle of my working day so this wasn't an option. This has to be one of the worst post offices I have ever visited. My advice would be to go elsewhere where able too

- DODominic OxleyDec 31, 20251.0The queue is absolutely bonkers. They have 2 self-checking tills which don't work. They have facilities for 6 people to work on the tills at any time but only ever have 1 person. What should be a 5 minute job of dropping off a package takes half an hour!
