- LDLivvy D4 days ago4.0I visit this post office multiple times a week and it is generally good but can be busy at peak times. If short on time, best to come back at a quieter time or visit a larger post office with more counters (if possible) or purchase postage online and print your label at home (if possible). The staff are helpful and manage to remain calm and provide services even when faced with entitled, rude customers. They go out of their way to help every customer from the kind ones all the way to the rude, impatient ones. I saw a comment criticising how one of the staff members dressed which has nothing to do with his ability to perform his job. I have seen this same man remain polite and calm even when helping rude customers who do not have the correct shipping information for the parcel they want to send or have filled out forms incorrectly. The self serve machines have been removed which has increased the queue time but these are due to be replaced with new ones soon. Of course customers blame the staff for the lack of self serve machines or that other people have shown up at the post office at the same time as them.

The official hours state they are open until 5:30 PM on Saturday, but they closed early at 4:15 PM claiming short staffing. There was no queue for once because they shut early, but looking inside, staff were just sitting around. When I asked, he looked annoyed and just snapped "Closed." Usually, you have to wait at least 45 minutes because they are always understaffed, but the staff are usually friendly and service comes with a smile. Today was just poor customer service. More staff needed, please.

Never want to come here again but will have to. 25 people in the queue and one woman on the till - no sense of urgency at all. I am very disappointed. All self service checkouts do not work.
