I’ve had consistently great experiences at this post office. The staff are welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. The service is quick and efficient, and it’s clear the team really cares about the local community. Highly recommended.

Forgot to add my signed letter to the delivery run so had to collect in person. Opening hours are 0800-1000 i was there at 0755 and still didn't get served till 10past. No urgency.
Also DO NOT PARK in the laybay there is a private company that will charge you for the pleasure
As with other comments; wonder why the postal service is being made redundant...

I had two parcel to be sent to Isle of Man and I clearly told him that. The person name VJ, he wrote one of the postcode correctly and another incorrect. One parcel got delivered and another didn't, I paid my parcel to be delivered on right place not the place wherever the post office person wants it to be, when I went back to him telling he made a mistake on it, he denied that he made mistake as I've a proof on a receipt where he cleared wrote the Postcode wrong and as I wanted him to take the accountability he started saying I was threatening him and call the cops on me. And as the cops refused to come as it's the civil matter, I've reported to the royal mail and compliant against him, hopefully he shouldn't be working there or at least be sorry for making customers and giving unnecessary headache. Just one job was to write the postcode correctly and he can't even do that and wasn't even sorry, and I was just there for him to clear my mind that my parcel will get delivered proper place if they get returned or anything like that, I would've accepted and wouldn't be there, he became so aggressive and saying he's working at the moment and I was not letting him work, (which work he can't even do properly).
SILLY SILLY MISTAKE MADE MY PARCEL LOST, SUCH A STUPIDITY PERSON!!!
Just so to another customer I would really suggest you to double check their work, as they aren't good at what they are doing. Completely unsatisfied.
I hope borehamwood post office management team to check on him and do the customer service properly AND WRITE DOWN THE POSTCODE PROPERLY, which is important, people sometimes forget to recheck as they rely on the post office people and have other work to do and this people makes mistakes saying they are not Liable. Really???

I have just been there to get a driver's licence photo card renewal and they were very helpful and the service quite frankly was first class. Polite and efficient. I will certainly use this post office again as my favourite small post office. Well done

They have the slowest and worst service in this town. I'm visiting and I needed to exchange some money. After I have waited approximately 20 min in line, first they told me that they didn't take high denominations ( $100 bill). Luckily I had few $20 bills which was fine with them. Then the clerk informed me about the exchange rate wich was different from one displayed outside wich according to them it was the on-line rate and they have a different one inside. I have rarely seen such incompetence. I took my money back and I left.
