- A7AntiMat 74Sep 23, 20261.0Terrible Post Office. Ignorant and unhelpful staff who always make you feel like you are being an inconvenience. Not enough counters even when they are all open. Can get ridiculous busy but mostly due to incompetence.
- NNNithishAug 7, 20265.0I had a great experience at the Borehamwood post office today. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. They took the time to assist me and made the whole process quick and easy. Excellent customer service—thank you!
- MOmillie oflynnJul 21, 20261.0I queued for the post office in a big line as the service is slow, I got to the front of the queue and told me I needed to print out a label myself to stick on the return, which I did prior to entering the shop, I asked to borrow some cello tape which would have taken 2 seconds, he said they don’t have any and he said no and sent me back of the queue. Bad customer service and I find the staff rude.
- MLMelina L.K.Mar 17, 20231.0They won’t even bother to look for your parcel when you are there, they are that lazy and rude, it is unbelievable!
