Most RUDEST service ive ever experienced in my life, I went in the post office to get something, checked my pockets and realised i had no money on me, so when i walked out all of a sudden a brown lady shouts at the top of lungs “EXCUSE ME! YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT” when I clearly had nothing on me. She came rushing up to me checking my pockets without permission then another man came rushing up shouting “if you not buying then get out of here!” So i had nothing to do but just head out of the store, never come back again and hope that nobody else gets treated like this. Nothings wrong about the shop, its the people.

I can't believe the negative reviews! I've been a customer here for about 6 years and I've always found the staff to be really helpful. They have helped me out when I have made mistakes with addresses and are efficient and friendly. It can be a tough job so I'm not surprised they may have off days especially as the kids in there at school chuck out time can be a nightmare. I'll continue to support them. Local post offices are getting rare!

Says it closes at 18:00 on Saturdays on the Post Office website. Get there at 12:50 behind a person and when it comes to me they say sorry closed at 12.30 rudely, saying its the shop that closes at that time. Incorrect info online and rude service.

I was instructed to collect a parcel from this shop and attended expecting a straightforward process, as this has never been an issue for me before. Instead, I was met with staff laughing at me and refusing to hand over the parcel on the basis that I am under the required age.
What made this experience particularly unacceptable was not only the refusal itself, but the manner in which it was handled. No clear explanation was provided initially, no attempt was made to communicate respectfully, and I was treated in a dismissive and humiliating way. If age restrictions are genuinely an issue, this should be explained professionally and consistently, not through mockery or refusal without proper customer service.
I have collected parcels before without any problems, which makes this refusal feel arbitrary and poorly managed. A business dealing with parcel collections should have clear policies and staff trained to enforce them respectfully. Laughing at a customer, especially a younger one, is completely inappropriate and reflects very poorly on the standards of this shop.
Overall, this was an embarrassing and frustrating experience that could have been handled calmly and professionally. I will not be returning and would not recommend this shop to anyone expecting respectful, consistent, and competent service.
