- NNNhLDec 17, 20241.0This is my second time visiting this Post Office, at the first one, the lady at the counter was amazing, nice and polite. Forgot her name. But the second visit, is the one I want to address, her name is CRYSTAL. I came to pick up a letter. When she was still with the customer in front of me, who was there to drop a Zara package, Crystal was saying she was tired and lying in the customer’s package. When it was my turn, she addressed to me with a brusque face, no hi nor hello, didn’t like the attitude to me. I told her I was there to pick up a letter, she asked me my name in a very loud voice kind of shouting. I was with my small daughter, my daughter told me mama she is shouting at you. Maybe Crystal was just having a bad day. Bless her!

What with the closures of the smaller sub - POs over the past 10 years . Added to this fact, the staff and postmaster are the most helpful, friendly and efficient team, I have encountered. Edit June 2024 : the staff there have recently gone out of their way to assist me with an international parcel that I had applied the wrong mailing process with. Also, I have now gotten to know all the staff there and all of them are most helpful and cheerful that Barnet and its districts would miss its Post Office dearly if it ever goes thd way of closure, like some najor ones. Edit: visited today 10 /10/24. Served by Crystal. She was cheerful and very efficient A credit to this branch ! Keep it up Barnet PO.
