- RSRuth SimpkinSep 10, 20251.0Staff are absolutely miserable and rude. Every time I go in there they have their AirPod headphones in their ears FaceTiming people and speaking in another language. Sometimes you can be at the front of the queue and they do not even acknowledge you whilst they continue talking on their phones. Serving customers seems like a huge inconvenience for them by interrupting their calls. No hello, good morning, afternoon etc - not even a smile from them. Such a shame. Sometimes they even continue to have their FaceTime calls and just gesture to me with their hands where to put parcels and make payment etc. They barely even make eye contact! Never used to be like this under previous ownership. Hopefully they sell the business to someone else that takes an interest in their customers before their private mobile phone calls. It really doesn’t take much effort to acknowledge your customers and be kind.
