  If given a choice I wouldn't even rate this place one star. Very unaccommodating and terrible service. I went here for breakfast as I couldn't find a cafe that had vegan options so I had asked a waitress whether they had any vegan options keep in mind there were other waitresses around behind the table. First a blonde lady said she had to ask which was said in a pleasant manner but then another lady with dark hair was quick to interject in an obnoxiously rude manner to said no. She said we have no meat alternatives even though we hadn't asked for any and she constantly said no repeatedly in a strong sharp rude tone in a very rude mannerism. I then suggested if they could even make me a vegetable sandwich and she had said "we don't do vegan, nothing is vegan, no vegetables are vegan". How can vegetables not be vegan? In this short interaction this particular lady was so rude and totally unpleasant, she didn't apologise and or help in any way, there was no compassion or courtesy. Absolutely zero customer service! Even as we walked in there, there were no smiles or greetings from the waitresses. I am truly appalled as how the waitress had treated us and disgusted by her unprofessional behaviour. What is so difficult in making a vegetable sandwich? As this cafe is located in a popular and touristy location they should cater to all dietary requirements and be more inclusive as well as accommodating to everyone. We came all this way to this place and they can't even help us, how ridiculous is that! This is a tourist place, the customer service should be much better not rubbish. Very disappointing and honestly surprising as Veganism is a growing frenzy especially in the UK. As I'm from the UK I'm well aware that all supermarkets have accessible vegan food so why is it rocket science for this particular cafe???

  From the outside, this place does not look like a cafe, but there are is lovely corner in this shop with a few tables. Don't be shy to ask for the menu, you won't be disappointed. Had one of the best burgers here. Simple, fresh, honest food.

  Entramos a desayunar porque era el único que estaba abierto tan temprano. Nos gustó mucho. Las señoras fueron muy agradables y la comida estaba muy rica. Del mejor café que hemos tomado en una semana de viaje por Escocia. Precios normales.

  Hi great wee cafe stopped before but we stopped for ice cream from here last week whilst on our way back down Loch Ness. We were your first customers I wanted you to know that the vanilla ice cream was full of ice crystals and the cones were stale and soft. All the other icecream was ok. Time constraints did not allow us to return in the car to complain.
