Need to update opening hours online. I checked online to check what times the post office was open on a Saturday, it stated 9am - 1pm but when I got there it was closed and a sign up stating they no longer open on Saturdays.

That’s three times I’ve been with my parcels and the place has a sign up for closed due to sickness.
One of the times my daughter had been earlier in the day and was open.
Clearly closing up earlier to get home so annoying as I’m working most of the day!!!!

The older woman with the fringe and long hair is so unbelievably rude! Both times she’s served me was an uncomfortable experience! No idea how she still has a job because her customer service is awful! All the other staff are lovely especially the lady with the long hair and glasses.
