The older woman with the fringe and long hair is so unbelievably rude! Both times she’s served me was an uncomfortable experience! No idea how she still has a job because her customer service is awful!

Wanted to post an important letter as fast as possible. The lady behind the counter was just not interested, waited to be served as she finished texting on social media. I asked for 1st Class signed for, she never told me anything about the service, times etc. I paid for this and then asked so this should arrive tomorrow? "No, check your tracking number and you'll know when it arrived"!!! Not what I asked, I learn now online that this service can take up to 3 days. If the lady in question spent less time on her phone and actually serving customers with their needs then she migh actually be fullfilling the job she is paid to do. As already mentioned on here she is incredibly rude and clearly does not want to help people.

I seem to have met the same person as others who've had a bad experience here. Not interested at all in helping customers, just plain rude. Very confusing experience.

Waited 45 minutes and was served by an extremely rude woman (long auburn hair, middle aged). My package had come open at one end so I asked politely if she would mind sticking it down with a bit of tape. She told me I could buy a role of tape. To which I replied, I didn’t think that was necessary and I’m sure she could just help me out? She snottily snapped at me that all packages should be sealed before bringing to the post office. I told her yes I am aware but accidents do happen. Eventually she huffily shoved a sticker at me to seal my package and was unnecessarily aggressive about it. I have no idea why some people are such jobsworths. Will avoid this post office in future, life’s too short, it costs nothing to be kind to your fellow humans, especially in a customer service roll where that’s part of your job! I understand morale is currently low in the post office but it’s no excuse for a horrid stroppy teenager attitude
