Always able to find my parcel even when I mistakenly said Evri and it was Royal Mail they took time to locate it. Know their customers by name and even moved stuff around for me to be able to get the birthday card I wanted. Cannot recommend them enough.

I had £20 win on a scratch card and they said (very abruptly) the machine wasn’t working (even though they told me I had won £20) I went to another local shop and they said It looked like I had already claimed it! She gave me a slip and told me to go back to post office. After 5 minutes of disagreement they finally paid out. He then began shouting at lady behind counter blaming her and there were customers in the shop. Not good.
