Very poor service. The tracking code shows the item is in their possession. But they are declining to take accountabilty. Looks like they lost my parcel and now declining to accept it. I would never use this post office.

Worst post office ever!!!!! I used to send parcels from there but since they change staff they don’t do their job properly especially one lady there she’s never happy to serve she’s always saying post office is closed or system is down or anything just update your working hours for the post office please and make sure your staff knows how to do their job !!!!!

There is always a long queue and only one person serving. I’m very disappointed — twice this week, including today around 5pm, I had to leave and carry heavy items back home. It’s very unprofessional and the customer service is extremely poor.
