Staff are slow and not helpful. They regularly say Royal Mail and Evri machines are out of service. I have on so many occasions had to keep coming back to send or collect parcels, either due to staff shortage, machines not working, or parcels too big.

I would rate this service zero stars. On multiple occasions, my parcels has been misplaced. Upon seeing how parcels are stored and dumped on the floor behind the self service terminals I’m not surprised.
Recently, I was collecting on behalf of an individual who does not reside in the area. She is the only person authorised to collect the parcel regardless of my permission to present her ID or the ability to contact my relative and get her to verify herself on the phone with the store manager.
I have used this post office for many years but the management is appalling and the customer service is unacceptable.
