- MMMiss MarimagApr 30, 20261.0I’ve lived in this area for 6 years and have had multiple bad experiences at this Post Office with the same female staff member. Today was the worst. I came to collect a parcel and showed the email with the barcode and correct address for this collection point. Without properly checking, I was told it wasn’t there and sent to Nisa. As I was on my work break, I politely asked for it to be checked again, especially as I could see a parcel that looked like it might be mine. Her response was very rude, stating that it wasn’t my business whose parcel it was. After going to Nisa, I was told my parcel should be at the Post Office. I returned, and after unnecessary delays and repeated ID checks, my parcel was finally handed over, it had been there all along. When I tried to explain the situation to another staff member, she did not allow me to speak, raised her voice, and yelled at me to leave the shop. This was witnessed by another customer. This has happened before, being wrongly sent elsewhere and then having to return to collect a parcel that was there all along. The attitude and behaviour are completely unacceptable.

She was persistent that I have to contact Amazon, despite providing her with a barcode sent from Amazon already. It may help for some further staff training on postal services, and how to treat customers.
