Asked if i could drop off my Evri parcel as when searching for a close location this post off came up . So when asking if I could drop of my parcel he said very aggressively - we don’t do that . So I questioned why this location was showing and if they could update it as it’s misleading information. He started being rude therefore I walked out . There is normally a lovely lady that very helpful and kind . Need more people like her

I asked why he asked that and he claims its because he knows everyone in Carpenders Park, well clearly not.
- PPPhoenix PAug 12, 20224.0Staff can be very abrupt and rude at times. Some don’t know what their doing and tell you to come back when the “man” is in. Sometimes it’s randomly closed when it should be open. Like that you can have parcels from Royal Mail and Amazon directed here. But it does take a while for them to locate items. Whenever I’ve gone there, always had to wait in a line. Service is a bit slow. Been a few times where I’ve had to leave to get on with my work as it’s too long a wait.
