I’m shocked at the negative comments regarding our local post office. I’ve lived here over 20 years and never received rudeness, attitude or insolence.
The ladies who work there are helpful, kind & always respectful.

Walked into the Post office today and presented a small parcel for delivery.
older lady with short hair behind the till asked me what i wanted to do with it as if it wasn't obvious. Regardless, i said "i want it to be delivered to the address on the parcel" She gave me a sarcastic and rude response, mentioned that "you obviously don't frequent the Post Office" and asked me what i was delivering. I responded with "why does that matter?" - even if i did answer, how would she know i was telling the truth?
Regardless, her attitude as a customer facing worker is appalling and rude. I have never stepped into a shop and walked out because of the shop keepers attitude. I do not want to give a penny of my business to go towards the wages of someone with this level of rudeness on a sunny Monday morning. Not only this, but my last delivery i sent to a customer, through this very post office was lost - a delivery i refused insurance and tracking for. Coincidence?
Steer clear from this post office unless you want to face an old lady with a poor attitude that doesn't seem to respect customers - as seen with other reviews. Cannot fathom why this lady is still employed here.

It is a shame that one member of staff there is so miserable and rude! It used to be a friendly post office.
