Attended with a PRE PAID parcel ( paid online as cheaper ) drop off instructions - clear - take to local PO. Employee ‘Jeff’ refused to take parcel. Moaned about incorrect customs label, stated couldn’t be sent as over 2kg. Clearly didn’t understand on-line pre payment concept. Totally unhelpful and refused to accept parcel. Then stated I needed to open it ( even though he wouldn’t take it ? ) walked 2 miles to another PO - simply scanned the QR code on the pre paid label and took the parcel. Returned to ‘Jeff’ and advised him how to scan the QR code in future, still moaning and groaning (told me it should have cost more money to send) and no apology for the massive inconvenience. I see many complaints about this individual on here. Time to retire I think, or take some happy helpful pills in the morning before attending work!
