Unprofessional attitude. Makes you feel uncomfortable for dropping off click and drop parcels as they 'don't make money out of it'. Shouldn't be be offering post office services, especially when listed as a drop and go shop

The lady behind the till definately needs more training. As the previous reviewer said, she always argue over the size of a parcel to the extend that my wife stopped posting there years ago. Her zenophobic attitude towards anyone not British people is simply unacceptable. I have reported this to the PO as my case cant ne the first one. The worst thing is, the owner/manager condones her bahaviour by backing her up.

I certainly believe that the ladies behind the till need some training ASAP! I don’t get why every time I go to this post office they are trying to post my envelopes as LARGE when they are SMALL AND ARE GOING THROUGH THE STANDARD FRAME! That really annoys me, and every time it feels like I have to beg them to post it as small size! I normally visit different post offices but is the only place where having this issue!
Very unfriendly approach!!!
