Dreadful service. Drove 15 mins to get to this place, a post office that has a separate counter to the shop. Queued up for 10 mins, got to the counter. I needed a large envelope to post a card and present overseas. Grumpy lady behind counter says 75p for the envelope and can only pay with cash. Go back to the car, no coins, cash point at Co-op broken. So back in the car to drive home, card and present on the back seat. Should have spent my petrol money on a moon pig card and money transfer...it would have been cheaper, quicker and a better customer experience.

I use this post office for personal and buisiness services. I find the staff behind the desk absolutely fantastic, underappreciated and always underfunded. They are a great team and worthy of this praise. Great work team i will bring you some pens on my next visit!

Been using this post office for four years, everytime I go I have the same experience as other reviews, considering how not strenuous the job is, it's surprising how unhelpful they can be and often seem sick of it. There's a real lack of customer service care which is shocking, there's no going above and beyond for a customer, barely even the bare minimum really
