- SSSarahFeb 10, 20241.0Dreadful service. Drove 15 mins to get to this place, a post office that has a separate counter to the shop. Queued up for 10 mins, got to the counter. I needed a large envelope to post a card and present overseas. Grumpy lady behind counter says 75p for the envelope and can only pay with cash. Go back to the car, no coins, cash point at Co-op broken. So back in the car to drive home, card and present on the back seat. Should have spent my petrol money on a moon pig card and money transfer...it would have been cheaper, quicker and a better customer experience.
