The 2 girls, Sandra (manager) and Rhi were fantastic, Sandra called the sorting office on my behalf and an hour later I was able to pick up the package from them, Brilliant and a life saver today. Huge thanks to the 2 of them, a real credit to the Post Office and great ambassadors.
