had a mad dash to pick up a parcel earlier today that I missed in the morning. The 2 girls, Sandra (manager) and Rhi were fantastic, Sandra called the sorting office on my behalf and an hour later I was able to pick up the package from them, Brilliant and a life saver today. Huge thanks to the 2 of them, a real credit to the Post Office and great ambassadors.

I'm not in good health at the moment and had to get help to collect a parcel from here. The older male member of staff that served me said no parcel delivered but today there is a photo of the delivery a couple of days ago. No customer service skills won't use again.
