Easily the best post office on Earth. OK, the competition normally sets a low bar, but even so these guys always knock it out of the park and make postal / courier chores so easy.
Professional, personable, really efficient and just 100% reliable, open really convenient hours, too. So lucky to have this place in Hitchin, keep up the good work!!! 😀

In my experience always helpful and friendly staff. Often going out of their way to be helpful and support their customers. Three customers in a row had unusual and difficult requests today - all were accomodated with a smile. Thanks

This used to be great but recently they appear to have cut the post office counter staff so always seems to be a long queue there now. All it takes is for someone to have an issue for the queue to stop moving altogether with only one person at the post office counter. 😞
